Embedded Insurance (Global Implementation) - Strategic, Cross‑Market Impact - Amsterdam
The team
We’re embarking on one of our most ambitious cross‑market initiatives: delivering a unified Embedded Insurance experience across several countries. As our Global Partnership Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end implementation of this strategic program and shape the future of how customers engage with protection products in their everyday journeys.

Role and responsibilities
This is your chance to drive real impact. From designing frictionless customer flows to managing strategic global partners, aligning local and global stakeholders, and continuously innovating the proposition for a competitive edge.
Lead a major cross-country implementation
- Own the rollout of our embedded insurance project across multiple markets, ensuring delivery quality, consistency, and speed.
- Coordinate the implementation prioritisation, roadmap, dependencies, and delivery across local and global teams.
Design outstanding customer experiences
- Champion customer-centric design, ensuring shared learnings are applied across markets to create smooth, intuitive, and trustworthy journeys.
- Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, enhance, and differentiate the experience.
Manage local and global alignment with stakeholders & strategic partners
- Engage and align a diverse set of internal stakeholders across Product, Tech, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Data, and local country teams.
- Build and maintain a strategic relationship with our global insurance platform partner, ensuring delivery excellence and innovation.
Bridge business, tech, and risk
- Understand the interplay between customer needs, platform capabilities, regulatory requirements, and risk assessments.
- Translate complex technical and contractual elements into actionable decisions and clear communication.
Drive innovation and future-proof the proposition
- Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
- Bring fresh ideas and new features that keep us competitive across markets.
About you
- Master’s degree
- Solid experience in Insurance Product Management of at least 5 years, experience in embedded insurance preferred
- Experience in Agile way of working in customer journey design, product management, or large-scale program delivery.
- Strong ability to navigate and influence in complex stakeholder environments.
- Affinity with technology, CX design, risk assessments, and contract/partner management.
- Confidence in seeing the bigger picture while keeping delivery on track.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset — you’re energized by solving complex challenges together.
