Project Manager - Claims Transformation
About the Role
You'll drive the digital transformation of claims processes across Allianz's Benelux business — from high-volume Retail to complex Corporate cases. Working at the intersection of claims expertise and technology, you'll shape how our digital claims platform serves customers, brokers, and internal teams.
This is a role where you'll grow. You'll take ownership of delivery, connect business needs to IT solutions, and develop your leadership skills in a cross-border, Agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Translate claims needs into IT solutions — turn business requirements into well-designed platform features across Retail, SME, Midcorp, and Corporate segments
- Align stakeholders — work with business owners and leadership across segments to set priorities and keep delivery on track
- Shape the roadmap — contribute to the digital vision for claims, aligned with Allianz's regional and global strategy
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary team — bring people together across disciplines and borders, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Strengthen Agile practices — develop SAFe ways of working within your team to improve speed and quality of delivery
What You Bring
Must-haves:
- Experience in the insurance sector (claims experience is a strong plus)
- Comfortable navigating between business needs and technical IT solutions
- Initial experience leading or coordinating teams/squads
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Working experience with Agile or SAFe frameworks
- Eagerness to grow into a broader leadership role
Nice-to-haves:
- Hands-on experience with claims handling or claims systems
- Familiarity with digital platform development
- Experience working in cross-border or multi-segment environments
