Senior Client Executive Multinational Department & Team Leader – Incoming Unit

As a Senior Multinational Client Executive at Marsh Netherlands, you work together with our largest clients to provide them with the best advice. Collaboration with the Client Advisors, Placement team, and Marsh offices abroad is of great importance. Naturally, you will have plenty of room to develop and improve your skills. As Team Leader Incoming, you are responsible for managing the Client Executives and Client Advisors of the Incoming Unit.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Managing the accounts of our larger clients;
• Advising and answering questions from clients and the international Marsh network;
• Leading the Client Executives and Client Advisors within Multinational;
• Taking on management tasks in the absence of the manager;
• Collaborating with various departments within Marsh Netherlands and Mercer Netherlands.

You have:

As a Senior Client Executive, you possess HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level. In addition, you are proficient in both English and Dutch, spoken and written. To provide good advice, you have the following qualities:
• Commercial mindset
• Communicative skills
• Customer orientation
• Strong organizational skills

What makes the ideal candidate:

• Holds a WFT Business Non-Life Insurance certificate;
• Several years of experience as an account manager at an (international) insurance broker;
• Leadership capabilities;
• Ability to maintain good relationships with colleagues and business clients.
