Shape the Future of Talent Acquisition and Drive Recruitment Success
You will be a strategic Recruitment Lead and act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers and senior leaders, aligning Talent Acquisition strategies with organizational growth goals. This means building and nurturing strong relationships across departments, becoming a go-to expert in recruitment. Your other responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Recruitment Excellence
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding exceptional hires.
- Ensure every stage of the process delivers value and a seamless experience.
- Deliver market best headhunting capability to unearth and engage top talent.
- Innovative Talent Sourcing
- Leverage innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines.
- Utilize employer branding, social media, and recruitment channels to attract the best candidates.
- Program and Initiative Leadership
- Drive key recruitment programs, such as the colleague referral initiative, ensuring their success and optimization.
You will also work closely with Colleague Resource Business Partners and business leaders to deliver tailored talent solutions that align with strategic priorities.
Take ownership and build strong relationships
We’re seeking a proactive and driven professional who thrives on taking ownership of recruitment processes and driving results. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment across a range of levels, from entry-level to senior roles, within the Netherlands.
- A perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on recruiting skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously while building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
Experience in the insurance, brokerage, or consultancy sectors is advantageous but not essential. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – with the possibility of permanent thereafter.
